The past few days have been spent feeling pressure and the building of the energies for this incoming solar storm. I even had a channeled image come through alerting me of this happening soon.

Recap for
December 2010, well December
was a month for me of clearing clutter, in fact a forced clearing of
many things that had been stored in the basement of my home. December
1st we were awoken at 4:17am by our cat, she was quite insistent that
we
were to get up but we shushed her away and fell back to sleep. At 5:15
she was back with quite an attitude so my husband got up to see what
she wanted. The next thing I heard was "HONEY FLOOD!!" There was 3
inches of water in our basement and the water was still coming in fast
as we were experiencing torrential record rains. I sprang onto action
and called a local company to come to our rescue.
I also called the insurance company and left a message for them to call us back. By 6:30 am we had a wonderful young man pumping out the water and he was very soon followed by a whole crew of friendly respectful people to assist us. During the following hours we were to go through many boxes of "stuff" that had been stored in the crawl space. Items that were ruined were thrown away, and the remaining items (mostly collectibles) were carefully checked and washed, then donated to a local charity. We met some truly caring people that deal with such events, and a few who were obviously feeling the pressure of so many flood reports, that had lost their consideration for the homeowners and now are at the beckon call of the insurance companies as they were now the "Preferred Contractor". Dec 13th we had another heavy rain and our sump pump was not keeping up with the water, so in came the plumber and replaced our pump. Our basement still sits with partial drywall removal as now the insurance company is bargaining with the two companies that are disagreeing on the repair costs. No surprise that the "Preferred contractor" came in with a quote way below the one I choose to have do the work. Does "Preferred company" mean because they take short cuts or no longer care about the customer, or because they get all the work from the insurance company? (Sarcasm intended) It is now New Years day and our basement still sits unfinished with a huge pile of written off, water damaged items sitting in the middle of the floor. I have come down to check and make sure all is well, yes the thought had crossed my mind about getting more water in the basement. But what would be the chances of having a new pump fail? Well it seems I had better focus on everything working, as the new sump pump is not running and we are having a thaw and more rain. The pit in the floor is filling with water..... quickly phones the plumber.... We now have another new sump pump in our basement. My new focus is our basement finished and repaired properly by caring and considerate people. A fair and just cheque/check in hand from the insurance company to purchase replacements for damaged items. I intend to turn the basement into my gallery for my channeled paintings and workspace for sharing and group activities and possibly classes as soon as I get the information written. Even with all the chaos that was surrounding this situation I managed to remain calm and centered. I smiled and said whatever, this will all be taken care of for the highest and greatest good. Lessons: Focus on the positive and what you desire. Your manifesting powers are instant, focus clearly. Possible meaning of flood in the basement: Water = emotions, basement = subconscious. January 3rd 2011:
Worked with my dear friend Cathryn Green, we were discussing the meaning of all the floods at home and worldwide. We felt we should ask for assistance from all that are here for our highest and greatest good and of Divine alignment. We called upon The Arcturians, Pleiadians, Ascended Masters, Great White Brotherhood/Sisterhood and the violet flame of transmutation to release all blocked and submerged emotions on all levels, all planes, all times, with grace and ease. All of us that are working with these Divine energies are transmuting for those who are still sleeping. Some that are just beginning to notice may be feeling a heaviness or sadness that is unexplained, or headaches and neck pressure. January 4th 2011: *New Moon and Solar Eclipse. Today and in the past week we have experienced geomagnetic storms and solar flares. I was surprised by the amount of people that contacted me with an array of symptoms which all came at the same times as the storm and activity. Some told of pressure and headaches, others called it heavy energy or aches and pains coming in waves. As our bodies and energies begin to vibrate at higher frequencies we will become more attuned to the incoming energies and that of Mother Earth. The instincts that we have allowed to become dormant are being reawakened, allowing us to connect to a greater grid of knowing. When there is solar flare and geomagnetic storm activity it is best to stay well hydrated with fresh water, ground your energies and meditate allowing the energies to flow freely through your being. You will find that this will alleviate most of the symptoms and you will also be anchoring the incoming energies to Earth Mother. You are conduits of Divine energy and assisting in the release of transmuted energies from all on Earth and of Earth Mother. There are several videos for your assistance on this page HEALING VIDEOS Had a very interesting session with a client today, after I had called in all that were here to assist in the healing and activation a beautiful being that looked like a large golden praying mantis approached, ( I have had contact before but "he" had not worked directly with me). My body started to tingle and I knew then that he intended to work through me, wow! what a feeling, unconditional love pulsed through me and a very high vibration sounded in my left ear. I told my client not to be alarmed if she sensed him with us, she just smiled and sat looking past me. I asked her what she saw and she told me the group was moving forward as I was stepped back to allow the work to flow. The research that I did the first time I had an encounter with this beautiful being led me to the work of Dorothy Roeder. Dorothy had written about a book called 'The next dimension is love" she claims she was contacted by Ranoash, a member of a species that calls itself the Ataien. She describes him the very same way that I see this wonderful being that is now working with me. I can see why some would be alarmed at his appearance, but if you go with your heart and the feelings that come from him and the group consciousness you know that they are here to assist us to heal and find our true selves. ~~~~~~~*****~~~~~~~
January 8th-11th Syncrhonicities and conformations: How wonderful it was to receive an email from a Anthony John in England regarding a City of Lights project. I opened the email and began to read the attached information. At first I felt a rush of excitement and then tears of joy as I saw before me writings about the very retreat that I have been envisioning for the past few years. The description could have come from my own journal it was so close to what I had seen. In my journal I describe a retreat on many acres of land surrounded by Mother Nature. Pyramidal shaped buildings housing a healing, teaching, meditation and central meeting area. Surrounding these/this building rows of cabins /homes forming from the air the four sides of another pyramid. Larger buildings on the four directional points, N.S.E.W to house students and teachers of many levels. All the buildings would be made from renewable resources, and powered by green technology. I have sketched in a labyrinth and notation that says artesian well fresh water and greenhouses for a continuous supply of fresh foods. Jan 12th 2011: This had been an exceptional time of integration and transformation. Images are being sent to me and messages about the gathering of all aspects of self. It was 11/1/11 when I realized that the Ataien "visitor" was just another aspect of self from across the Universe that had come to be integrated into the whole. That's right what I am saying is each and every painting that has come to me has had a puzzle piece of the whole story. One by one these aspects have been returning with understandings and knowledge of the dimension that they are existing in. This information will soon be able to be accessed as the brain processes, resets and reboots so to speak, we will then be using far more of the original capacity of our brains. ~~~~****~~~~

13th 2011:During my channeled healings of the past weeks one main theme seems to be in play "Balance" A balancing of all aspects, masculine and feminine, dark and light, yin and yan. I sat before my computer contemplating what had been happening when an image come to me, this is what I saw....  An opalescent orb like a pearl formed containing all the colors of the rainbow. This opaque light orb contained every color and yet no color. Everything was in balance, every color could be seen as it rotated. The first things to come to me in the way of messages were "Path of the rainbow tribe, Starseeds of the opalescent ray." Once again I look around me at the paintings hanging on the walls of my sacred space, "New Beginnings" caught my attention with the rainbow road leading to the new Earth, then "Balance" with Ixchel showing both dark and light, storm and calm. The whole ascension path is mapped with puzzle pieces all around me. I also thought about my amazing meditative ascension journey from 2008 and this section below: "My guide spoke once again "Can you see past the magenta, what is there?" I studied the swirling rainbow colours before me. As I focused I could see a mirror like substance on the outside of what now seemed to be a bubble. The word mercury came to me which I shared with my guide. She then said "I want you to envision this bubble getting larger and that feeling getting larger in all directions, tell me how you feel as it grows." I could now see tiny web like filaments reaching out in all directions. I felt so peaceful as I floated around, I sensed that I was sending and receiving messages and that I was connected to all." The image "Rainbow Path" is connected with the new aura of our planet and also part of our healing. The rainbow vibration is being sent to our pineal gland as an activation and to cleanse and detox "fluoride" and other accumulated chemicals from this natural crystalline structure. The pearl is a symbol for "pearl of wisdom" and also in this case the opalescent rainbow ray. I sense something big is going to happen very soon... possibly on Monday 17th Jan 2011... we will see. ~~~****~~~
Jan 17th 2011: Well now something big shifted in things around me, finally we have conformations of work to be started on fixing our basement, and a check being drawn up for our loss of contents. Things came to a head on Friday Jan 14th when I said to myself "enough of this," I placed some calls in my most serious voice that I could muster and set things into action. I had been patient, but this mess had been sitting since the flood December 1st. There was other news that came to light at the weekend regarding my eldest daughter, but for now to respect all involved, I will keep this to myself. ~~~~***~~~~

22nd 2011: hmmm 22.1.2011 =9 completion. Today feels like a day of completion, a day to rest and look back at the huge energies of the past week with the full moon. In fact the waves of energy today have made sure that we are feeling like taking time for ourselves and even choosing an afternoon nap. During my meditation I received messages about more intense solar flares, yet the sun that they were showing me was deep red in colour. It slowly began to shift and expand changing colours, becoming brighter as if it were about to explode. Are we about to witness the disappearance of a star in the night sky, maybe one that we would be able to see?  With the amount of energy that would be flooding Earth if this was to happen, it could definitely propel us and Mother Earth forward on our magnificent journey. The infusion of the star particles would super energize our own vibrations at a tremendous rate. The vision of the solar blast has been coming to me since December 2010, each time showing more of the puzzle pieces. ~~~~****~~~~

received an email earlier this week asking about the figures in the
painting Galactic Activation. I had written when meditating on the
image "goddess sending forth the rainbow ray at the top of the pyramid
and at the base of the stairs Sananda surrounded by the rainbow shield
of protection the aura of those of the higher vibrations and
dimensions." Curious as this is now the vibration being sent to

  This rainbow shield or bubble of energy was also mentioned in my meditative journey "becoming crystalline" from 2009: " I studied the swirling rainbow colours before me. As I focused I could see a mirror like substance on the outside of what now seemed to be a bubble. The word mercury like a reflective liquid metal came to me which I shared with my guide. She then said "I want you to envision this bubble getting larger and that feeling getting larger in all directions, tell me how you feel as it grows." I could now see tiny web like filaments reaching out in all directions. I felt so peaceful as I floated around, I sensed that I was sending and receiving messages and that I was connected to all. This felt so natural to me, as if this is as it should be and has always been. Once again the tears started to flow I marveled at this amazing feeling of being one with everything. My guide then quietly said "so are you going to allow this to be?" to which I replied sobbing "oh yes" I could now feel her embrace me as she said "perfect." This bubble I mentioned above is our personal shield of protection that is being added to our aura and energy. It is reflective so anything that is attempting to disrupt our path or energy is reflected away. I have for some time been telling people that if they are feeling overwhelmed by negative energies to picture themselves inside a mirrored ball. This way you are protected and standing in your own light and all else is reflected away. Many are just starting to write of this "protection" and sensing the energies being sent forth to us. ~~~~~~****~~~~~~
On a more personal note: The basement in our home is starting to transform, ready to hold my new art gallery! February 5th 2011: It has been an interesting couple of weeks, so many days of high energy with solar flares and geomagnetic storms. There seem to be many symptoms, but in the past week I have had several people mention that they are getting pain in their jaw, others telling of headaches almost like lightning strikes, very quick and sudden. When I did a quick survey of friends the energy seemed to be focusing on balancing the masculine and feminine, as in the men the pain was on the left (feminine) and in the ladies on the right (masculine) with feelings of strength and logic. I personally found that during these intense energies I feel supercharged and seem to be able to do so much more, so much in fact, that day when I looked at the clock it felt like time had stood still. I had accomplished a great deal in what the clock said was only 3 hours, on other days the same thing would have normally taken me 5 hours to complete. It is days like this I can see how they say "time does not exist", that it is only our perception of time that regulates our belief. My body has been demanding that I eat a great deal raw foods, craving would be the best description of what I have been feeling, add to that copious amounts of spring water. Whatever this next shift will entail seems to be connected with the physical body holding increased extremely high vibrations. The desire for high vibrational foods and a purification have been cues for me over the past few years that something "big" is about to happen. February 8th 2011: I am happy to say that there has been a massive air of completion... well at least here in our home. The renovations are finished and my new studio/ sacred space/healing room/art gallery is ready. This morning my husband shared with me a vision that he saw as he lay waiting to go to sleep last night, he saw a grid which went off into the distance and then a doorway, the door opened and there was a bright light and two figures beckoning him. He told them "I am not ready to go yet" and his vision faded. I share this with you as the next part of this definitely is connected: At 5:45pm we were traveling on hwy 401 (a main highway 2-3 lanes in both directions) it was snowing lightly and the snow was blowing across the top of the road surface. I sat quietly as my husband drove and my daughter in the back of the car playing with her ipod, I sensed that the roads were getting worse and put a bubble of protection around the car. My husband started to slow slightly and we were doing about 95k/55mph cars were zipping right past us. All of a sudden the car started to slide and my husband lost control of the car, we rotated hit the snow bank and rolled over down into about a 12-15 ditch. Amazingly the car sat upright, stunned we looked around at each other, nobody was hurt! The windows were intact and the air bags did not even deploy. As we continued to survey the car we looked at the dashboard where three pennies stood upright in the crack on the dash, one lucky penny for each of us. We stepped out of the car and the roof looked a little rippled but no major damage, the rest of the car was another matter. I looked at my husband and said "I had a bubble of protection around the car" he looked at me and smiled and said "so did I". A few minutes later someone stopped to see if we were all OK and he told us to get back in our car and he would call the police. I sat back in the car talking to him through our open windows, he asked "is your car running?" I answered "no" and he then invited us to go sit in his SUV to stay warm. I felt that we were safer sitting in our car in the ditch than on the side of a slippery highway, and told him we would stay put. It was only a few minutes later that while on the phone to the police dispatch his vehicle was hit from behind by another car. As the police arrived there was yet another vehicle traveling on the other side of the highway that hit the guardrail. Nobody was hurt in any of these incidents, there were 12 or so other accidents that evening all at the same time within 5 klm of each other. You would think the story ends there, but no, to prove we were being protected and provided for the story continues. The tow truck driver took us and our car to the yard where we would be leaving it. We intended to take a taxi to get home as all of the rental car places were now closed. Within a few minutes the tow truck driver came into the shop telling us that he had calls that were going our way and that he could take us home. Now I add to this by telling you that earlier that week, I had been driving along thinking how wonderful it would be to have a new car, both our vehicles were 10 years old , even though mine had low mileage. My mind considered the new vehicle, and then from a place of joy in my heart I said out loud "I would like a newer car to drive, if this is for my highest and greatest good, be this with grace and ease." Here we go again, as I have said on several occaisions we are in for a huge year of solar flares and geomagnetic storms. Today we had yet another solar flare, these are going to continue and get more intense, this in turn will be activating Mother Earth to release and shift in many ways. The solar activity is building by the day and we can expect it to continue to do so, this will lead to a major event in the very near future. Within 48 hours we will be feeling the effects of a geomagnetic storm and be ready for some intense energies. February 18th 2011: Sure enough here comes the geomagnetic storm. So many are writing to me asking how to releieve the symptoms, I will be writing up some helpful hints very soon as I am making notes of specific cravings and colour assistance. Feb 20th 2011: Seek within the joyous creator as being creative is what we are. February 28th 2011: Solar flare activity again today, still building in intensity! Using the energies to focus on a new painting, but finding it challenging as the images keep shifting, seeing a purification, floods with huge waves, volcanoes, and a crystal safety zone or safe place as well as the sun with solar flares, also the energies of the galactic centre pouring forth the violet ray of transmutation. March 2nd 2011: Here comes another wave of geomagnetic energy from the last solar flare! The energies are still building, this feels like it is going to be a major event coming up!!! March 8th 2011: Finished the newest painting "UTOPIA" the one word that followed was indeed "Purification".  March 9th 2011: HUGE solar flare class X !! What is this going to trigger?? March 10th 2011: FEELING THE ENERGIES?? Here are a few things that you can do to get through the incoming solar and geomagnetic blasts. 1. Drink lots of water, this helps to assist the flow of energy. 2. Ground your energies to Mother Earth, allowing the flow of energies to pass through you rather than build up and cause discomfort. 3. How many of you can't seem to decide what colour to wear in high energy? Choose something neutral (tan, taupe, brown) as this will gently absorb all rays equally. If you wear a particular colour it will activate that chakra and sometimes overload it. If you wear blue or purple you may find you have headaches or migraines as these colours will activate the energy in your higher "head" chakras. Red, may cause back pain as it is connected to your root chakra your foundation and support. Yellow can cause stomach problems, Orange, bladder and sexual energy problems. Green, the heart energy can overload to cause heart palpitations. Any of this sound familiar! White will reflect the energy, black will absorb all the energy at full blast. 4. Rest when you feel the need (if possible). 5. Eat light meals, lots of fresh vegetables and fruit (mixed juices are perfect) this will allow your body to focus on integrating the energies and not have to use so much energy on digestion and elimination.
Many are feeling dizzy, hyperactive, light headed or the extreme so tired that they cannot function. Allow and choose to let these wonderful cosmic occurrences raise your vibration. Yes it will shake loose anything that you are holding on too, recognize the lessons in the scenarios shown to you and release! Enjoy
